Best host ever!!! They were absolutely lovely and caring. They helped us with everything. Even when we had an accident while we were on a tour (with another company) they arranged everything for us and helped us so much and ways more than we could have imagened. Breakfast was also very good. Its a great Riad in a small street near the main square and they treat you like family.

Nothing at all, Location feels suspicious as you don't see people in the neighbourhood, When we booked through booking.com it was showing that the Riad is fully booked and rated 8.5 . We arrived to find out we are the only ones there in the whole Riad with one worker there that he doesn't even stay the whole time there that's why we got the key of the main door if we want to go out .

We entered the rooms and we were shocked from the bad smell, we found out that is coming from the bathroom. Literally a poisoning smell . wall of the shower is full of mold. Bed sheets not clean, matrasses old like wood etc..... All in all terrible service. I even checked the website of booking.com for the same property during my stay it also showed that property is fully booked while we are the only guests

Nothing.

Location is next to old city, but taxi cannot drive in. So one has to walk at least 150 m with the luggage to take a cab. We were the only people there although when we booked it showed us that we had the last rooms. Rooms are super dirty. Bathrooms smell all day and night. We never met the manager. Will not recommend this riad to anyone. We paid around 90 euros for 2 nights which is way too expensive for such facilities.

The English speaking receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in 5 min walking distance from the main square and medina. Hot water in the bathroom. Quiet rooms.

Very poor breakfast. No access to the hotel by car, so you need to carry your luggage from/to taxi some hundred meters. The room was very small, no kettle or TV. It was really cold in our room at the night time (no heating and just only one (1) blanket per person to cover in bed (we were in the winter time / December), no quilt at all.

Very, very poor breakfast. No access to the hotel by car, so you need to carry your luggage from/to taxi some hundred meters. The room was very small, no kettle or TV. It was really cold in our room at the night time (no heating and just only one (1) blanket per person to cover in bed (we were in the winter time / December), no quilt at all. I do not recommend to order taxi/transportation through the reception as they arranged a driver who charged 100 Dh to the train station (taxi 30-40 Dh).

The breakfast was good, the host met us on the parking (20Dh per night, 5 minutes to the riad). 10 minutes to Jemaa El-Fnaa.

Our room differed significantly from rooms on photos. The room on the first floor makes you feel like sleeping in the lobby because of audibility, but it was the last room for that night. The bath was good, but where's the shower holder?.. That is not so comfortable. Also I didn't like the smell in the room.

El hotel esta situado entre callejuelas del Zoco de Marrakech, le da un toque muy especial a esta ciudad fantástica. Se duerme bien, cómodo y con un rico desayuno.

El desayuno es genial, buenísimo. La zona excelente y te tratan como si fueras familia. Me sentí segura en todo momento y el dueño del Riad siempre nos acompañaba donde necesitábamos y nos preguntaba qué tal íbamos.

Personal de 10. Nos fueron a buscar a la llegada y nos trasladaron hasta el riad llevándonos las maletas. También nos acompañaron cuando nos íbamos ya que nos gestionaron el coche para ir al aeropuerto. La chica que hacía los desayunos y arreglaba las habitaciones muy amable. Están al tanto de cualquier cosa que necesites incluso si no lo pides. La ducha fenomenal y las toallas increíblemente buenas.

La cama súper dura y salía olor del baño que estaba en toda la habitación.
